We have been specialised in the production of special elbows for decades. Newly developed production processes, experienced staff and checks at all stages of processing guarantee the highest quality.

Our range includes elbows with thick walls, special materials, special radii, bends with extended tangents as well as various angles (180°, 130°, 43°, 24°, etc.).

Our business is focused on the production of thick-walled elbows with special radii and/or special materials.

We gladly produce according to your individual specifications. In addition you can always benefit from our large stock.
Our range includes outside diameters from 14.0 to 219.1 mm and wall thicknesses from 2.0 to 40.0 mm.
Of course we produce in compliance with DIN standards 2609/DIN 2605 Part 1 and 2, EN10253-2 Type A and B, EN 10253-4 Type A and B as well as to ASTM/ASME standards.

Apart from the prevailing radii (types 2, 3 and 5, SR and LR) we have a wide variety of special tools. For an outside diameter of 38 mm alone, we have tools for a total of 41 different radii.
We continuously expand and modernise our range of tools. Recently we produced a tool for a diameter of 139.7 mm with extremely thick walls in BA5.

When processing welding bevels we deliver in accordance with the relevant standard or according to customer specifications.

Our production uses three processes:

1. Mandrel bending "Hamburger Process"
2. Die bending
3. Cold bending

Siekmann Bünde always stays up to date with the latest developments in materials at international trade fairs and specialist conferences; for example the first experiments are being carried out in the area of building of power stations with the new material 1.4951/1.4952 (DMV 310 N) and 1.7378 (7 CrMo VTiB 10-10).
