Varias normas DIN se han consolidado en una norma europea. La secci\u00f3n de codos es la m\u00e1s relevante para nosotros. Suministramos en los tipos 2D, 3D, 5D y muchos radios especiales. Adem\u00e1s, la EN 10253-2 incluye una secci\u00f3n para codos con grado de utilizaci\u00f3n completo (Tipo B). Los codos \u00abTipo B\u00bb tienen mayor espesor en el interior del codo, que es el punto m\u00e1s solicitado. La norma tambi\u00e9n incluye diversas opciones especificables. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-ed08eb574bea88bf6fe7d1ae2a382cbe wp-block-paragraph\">Por ejemplo: Opci\u00f3n 15 &#8211; Cada pieza moldeada debe someterse a una prueba de dureza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-ast-global-color-5-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-c441b891657e85cce1e8cd25012b98de\">EN 10253-4<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-16c135798a20b9a8e1d1e49d90c28b59 wp-block-paragraph\">Esta norma se ocupa de las piezas moldeadas para soldadura de aceros austen\u00edticos y austen\u00edtico-ferr\u00edticos (d\u00faplex) con requisitos especiales de inspecci\u00f3n. Aplica espesores de pared diferentes para codos con grado de utilizaci\u00f3n completo. Esta norma tampoco es tan completa como la EN 10253 y solo contiene una secci\u00f3n sobre codos, sin incluir otros accesorios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-e4b93c84f8d3a753ff851b34b0ec7010\">ASME B16.9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-26f2407f014e735af6ed0098e2db204a wp-block-paragraph\">La norma <strong>ASME B16.9<\/strong> establece los requisitos t\u00e9cnicos para accesorios de acero soldados y sin costura. Incluye tambi\u00e9n codos en diferentes versiones. Las dimensiones se expresan en <strong>pulgadas (di\u00e1metro exterior)<\/strong> y en <strong>series Schedule (espesores de pared)<\/strong>. Existen diferentes tipos que var\u00edan en di\u00e1metro exterior, espesor de pared, radio de curvatura, \u00e1ngulo y material. Se fabrican a partir de mitades soldadas o de tubo sin costura. Los codos se utilizan en construcci\u00f3n de centrales el\u00e9ctricas, ingenier\u00eda mec\u00e1nica, intercambiadores de calor, plantas industriales y muchos otros \u00e1mbitos.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"TypATypB\">Diferencia Tipo A &#8211; Tipo B<\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tipo A &#8211; grado de utilizaci\u00f3n reducido:<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las piezas tienen el mismo espesor de pared en los extremos de soldadura que en el cuerpo del codo. La resistencia a la presi\u00f3n interna es menor que la de un tubo con el mismo di\u00e1metro exterior, espesor de pared y material. Por ello se habla de codos con grado de utilizaci\u00f3n reducido. El espesor de pared debe mantener un m\u00ednimo de -12,5% respecto al espesor nominal en todo el cuerpo y en la conexi\u00f3n de tuber\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tipo B &#8211; grado de utilizaci\u00f3n completo:<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las piezas tienen un espesor de pared mayor en el interior del cuerpo del codo. La resistencia a la presi\u00f3n interna equivale a la de un tubo con el mismo di\u00e1metro exterior, espesor de pared y material. Por ello se habla de codo con grado de utilizaci\u00f3n completo. El espesor en el interior debe aumentarse respecto a la pared de conexi\u00f3n, calculado mediante una f\u00f3rmula que tiene en cuenta el di\u00e1metro exterior, el espesor de pared y el di\u00e1metro de curvatura. Los codos con di\u00e1metros de curvatura muy peque\u00f1os deben mantener espesores notablemente mayores en el interior.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Diferencia en las normas EN10253-2 y EN10253-4<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las normas EN10253-2 y EN10253-4 clasifican los codos en dos tipos. Las distintas normas establecen tipos de construcci\u00f3n est\u00e1ndar. En las normas EN y DIN existen los tipos est\u00e1ndar 2D, 3D, 5D y 10D. La norma americana ASME B16.9 utiliza Long Radius y Short Radius, similares a los di\u00e1metros de curvatura seg\u00fan EN y DIN. Long Radius es similar a 3D y Short Radius similar a 2D.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sin embargo, las normas difieren en algunos puntos. Por ejemplo, un codo con di\u00e1metro exterior de 101,6 mm como <strong>Tipo 2<\/strong> seg\u00fan EN10253-2:2008 tiene un di\u00e1metro de curvatura de 190,0 mm. El mismo codo como <strong>Short Radius<\/strong> seg\u00fan ASME B16.9 tiene solo 177,8 mm. Como Tipo 5D seg\u00fan <strong>EN10253-2<\/strong>:2008 tiene 415,0 mm, mientras que seg\u00fan <strong>EN10253-4<\/strong> (aceros austen\u00edticos) es de 410 mm. Hay que tener cuidado para evitar confusiones.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En muchos casos se necesitan codos con tolerancias m\u00e1s estrechas en el di\u00e1metro de curvatura. Inicialmente se fabricaban piezas forjadas para la agricultura local. A partir de 1928 se fabricaron los primeros productos para calefacci\u00f3n. Los primeros codos se produjeron en 1940. En 1957 se cre\u00f3 una nueva planta en Lohne. A partir de 1970 se realizaron ensayos con codos de pared gruesa. En 1987 la empresa fue refundada en B\u00fcnde. Desde 1992 la producci\u00f3n se reconvirti\u00f3 a codos especiales de pared gruesa con nuevos procesos de fabricaci\u00f3n determinantes para el \u00e9xito actual.
