Nous livrons des coudes selon les ex\u00e9cutions 2D, 3D et 5D, ainsi que de nombreux rayons sp\u00e9ciaux interm\u00e9diaires.<br\/>La norme EN 10253-2 comprend en outre une section relative aux coudes \u00e0 utilisation compl\u00e8te de la section (type B). Les coudes de type B pr\u00e9sentent une \u00e9paisseur de paroi nettement renforc\u00e9e sur la face int\u00e9rieure du coude par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9paisseur de paroi aux extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s \u00e0 souder, la face int\u00e9rieure \u00e9tant la zone la plus sollicit\u00e9e d\u2019un coude de tuyauterie.<br\/>La norme pr\u00e9voit \u00e9galement diverses options pouvant \u00eatre sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9es.       <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-85b5f903ac86a290ab0a5cbfdd6a82ae\">Par exemple : option 15 \u2013 chaque raccord doit \u00eatre soumis \u00e0 un essai de duret\u00e9.<br\/><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-ast-global-color-5-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-c441b891657e85cce1e8cd25012b98de\">EN 10253-4<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-c140fe58c3ad52c87b2e801c95ed2ece\">Cette norme concerne les raccords \u00e0 souder bout \u00e0 bout en aciers aust\u00e9nitiques et aust\u00e9no-ferritiques (duplex), avec des exigences particuli\u00e8res en mati\u00e8re de contr\u00f4le et d\u2019essais.<br\/>Dans une large mesure, cette norme correspond \u00e0 l\u2019EN 10253-2. Toutefois, certaines diff\u00e9rences existent, notamment en ce qui concerne certains rayons de cintrage par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019EN 10253-2.<br\/>Notre \u00e9quipe se tient \u00e0 votre disposition pour vous informer en d\u00e9tail sur ces diff\u00e9rences.<br\/>Les options d\u00e9crites dans l\u2019EN 10253-2 sont \u00e9galement incluses dans l\u2019EN 10253-4. Celles-ci diff\u00e8rent toutefois de mani\u00e8re significative dans leur d\u00e9finition et leur application.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-5-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-578c8bf8c9166c2d616040e45194119b\">Option 15 : un certificat de r\u00e9ception 3.2 conforme \u00e0 l\u2019EN 10204 doit \u00eatre \u00e9tabli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-b45230ed5fa0d2c3de0fe82d60829856\">DIN 2605<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-063ca23cd12d228d5d928873abdc5fd8\">La norme DIN 2605 est l\u2019ancienne norme relative aux coudes de tuyauterie, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 remplac\u00e9e par l\u2019EN 10253.<br\/>Pour les coudes \u00e0 utilisation compl\u00e8te de la section, cette norme pr\u00e9voit des \u00e9paisseurs de paroi diff\u00e9rentes par rapport aux normes plus r\u00e9centes.<br\/>Par ailleurs, la DIN 2605 est moins \u00e9tendue que l\u2019EN 10253 et ne traite que des coudes de tuyauterie, sans inclure d\u2019autres types de raccords.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-e4b93c84f8d3a753ff851b34b0ec7010\">ASME B16.9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-177d2793fdde55aa07922bf74dccd9f1\">La norme ASME B16.9 d\u00e9finit les exigences techniques applicables aux raccords en acier sans soudure et soud\u00e9s.<br\/>Elle inclut notamment les coudes de tuyauterie dans diff\u00e9rentes ex\u00e9cutions.<br\/>Les dimensions sont sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9es en pouces (diam\u00e8tre ext\u00e9rieur) ainsi qu\u2019en s\u00e9ries Schedule (\u00e9paisseurs de paroi).<br\/>Les coudes conformes \u00e0 cette norme sont utilis\u00e9s dans le monde entier dans la construction d\u2019installations, la tuyauterie industrielle et les projets industriels, et se distinguent par un haut niveau de compatibilit\u00e9 et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 normative.   <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu\u2019est-ce qu\u2019un coude de un raccord de tuyauterie destin\u00e9 \u00e0 permettre des changements de direction dans les syst\u00e8mes de canalisations.<br\/>Il existe diff\u00e9rents types de coudes, qui peuvent varier en termes de diam\u00e8tre ext\u00e9rieur, d\u2019\u00e9paisseur de paroi, de rayon de cintrage, d\u2019angle et de mat\u00e9riau.<br\/>Ils sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement fabriqu\u00e9s soit \u00e0 partir de demi-coquilles soud\u00e9es, soit \u00e0 partir de tubes sans soudure.<br\/>Les coudes de tuyauterie sont utilis\u00e9s dans de nombreux domaines, tels que la construction de centrales \u00e9lectriques, la construction m\u00e9canique, la fabrication d\u2019\u00e9changeurs de chaleur, la construction d\u2019installations industrielles, entre autres.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"TypATypB\">Diff\u00e9rence entre le type A et le type B<\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Type A \u2013 utilisation r\u00e9duite de la section :<\/h3>\n\n<p>Les raccords pr\u00e9sentent la m\u00eame \u00e9paisseur de paroi aux extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s \u00e0 souder que sur le corps du coude.<br\/>La r\u00e9sistance du coude de tuyauterie \u00e0 la pression interne est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle d\u2019un tube ayant le m\u00eame diam\u00e8tre ext\u00e9rieur, la m\u00eame \u00e9paisseur de paroi et le m\u00eame mat\u00e9riau.<br\/>C\u2019est pour cette raison que l\u2019on parle de coudes \u00e0 utilisation r\u00e9duite de la section.<br\/>L\u2019\u00e9paisseur de paroi sur l\u2019ensemble du corps du raccord, y compris au niveau du raccordement au tube, doit respecter une \u00e9paisseur minimale correspondant \u00e0 une tol\u00e9rance de \u221212,5 % par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9paisseur nominale.   <\/p>\n\n<h3 doit \u00eatre augment\u00e9e par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9paisseur de paroi aux extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s de raccordement.<br\/>L\u2019\u00e9paisseur requise est d\u00e9termin\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019aide class=\"wp-block-heading\">Diff\u00e9rences entre les normes EN 10253-2 et EN 10253-4<br\/><\/h3>\n\n<p>Les normes EN 10253-2 et EN 10253-4 classifient les coudes de tuyauterie en deux types diff\u00e9rents, lesquels portent des d\u00e9signations distinctes dans les normes actuelles.<br\/>Dans l\u2019EN 10253-2, ils sont d\u00e9sign\u00e9s comme type A et type B, tandis que l\u2019EN diff&#xE9;rentes ex&#xE9;cutions&lt;br&gt;\" class=\"wp-image-430\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.siekmann-rohrbogen.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/biegedurchmesser.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/www.siekmann-rohrbogen.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/biegedurchmesser-300x45.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.siekmann-rohrbogen.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/biegedurchmesser-768x115.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"bauarten\">Diff\u00e9rences entre les ex\u00e9cutions des coudes de tuyauterie<br\/><\/h2>\n\n<p>Les coudes de tuyauterie peuvent diff\u00e9rer par leur diam\u00e8tre ext\u00e9rieur, leur \u00e9paisseur de paroi et leur diam\u00e8tre de cintrage.<br\/>Les diff\u00e9rentes normes d\u00e9finissent des ex\u00e9cutions standardis\u00e9es pour les diam\u00e8tres de cintrage, afin d\u2019harmoniser les conceptions et de faciliter le travail de planification des concepteurs.<br\/>Dans les normes EN et DIN, les ex\u00e9cutions standard sont 2D, 3D, 5D et 10D.<br\/>La norme am\u00e9ricaine ASME B16.9 utilise les d\u00e9signations Long Radius et Short Radius, lesquelles sont comparables aux diam\u00e8tres de cintrage d\u00e9finis par les normes EN et DIN.<br\/>Le Long Radius correspond approximativement \u00e0 une ex\u00e9cution 3D, tandis que le Short Radius est comparable \u00e0 une ex\u00e9cution 2D.      <\/p>\n\n<p>N\u00e9anmoins, les normes diff\u00e8rent sur certains points.<br\/>Ainsi, par exemple, un coude de tuyauterie de diam\u00e8tre ext\u00e9rieur 101,6 mm en ex\u00e9cution 2D selon l\u2019EN 10253-2:2008 pr\u00e9sente un diam\u00e8tre de cintrage de 190,0 mm.<br\/>Le coude de m\u00eames dimensions en ex\u00e9cution Short Radius selon l\u2019ASME B16.9 ne pr\u00e9sente en revanche qu\u2019un diam\u00e8tre de cintrage de 177,8 mm.<br\/>Pour ce m\u00eame coude en ex\u00e9cution 5D, l\u2019EN 10253-2:2008 sp\u00e9cifie un diam\u00e8tre de cintrage de 415,0 mm, tandis que l\u2019EN 10253-4 (pour les aciers aust\u00e9nitiques) indique un diam\u00e8tre de 410 mm.<br\/>Il convient donc d\u2019\u00eatre particuli\u00e8rement attentif afin d\u2019\u00e9viter toute confusion.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Dans de nombreux cas, des coudes de tuyauterie avec des tol\u00e9rances plus serr\u00e9es sur le diam\u00e8tre de cintrage sont requis.<br\/>Dans ce contexte, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 SIEKMANN est le partenaire appropri\u00e9.<br\/>Nos proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de fabrication permettent d\u2019atteindre des tol\u00e9rances nettement plus pr\u00e9cises que celles d\u00e9finies par les normes.<br\/>Ainsi, selon l\u2019EN 10253-2, la tol\u00e9rance admissible sur le diam\u00e8tre de cintrage est de \u00b1 7 mm.<br\/>Nous sommes en mesure de fournir des coudes de tuyauterie avec une tol\u00e9rance de \u00b1 1 mm sur le rayon de cintrage.<br\/> <br\/>    <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tableau des diff\u00e9rences entre les ex\u00e9cutions 2D, 3D et 5D<br\/><\/h3>\n\n<p>Le tableau suivant pr\u00e9sente une comparaison des ex\u00e9cutions (rayons de cintrage) selon les diff\u00e9rentes normes.<br\/>Les informations sont fournies sans garantie. <\/p>\n\n<p>Attention : depuis 2021, une nouvelle \u00e9dition de la norme pour les aciers ferritiques est en vigueur, \u00e0 savoir l\u2019EN 10253-2:2021.<br\/>Cette \u00e9dition contient, pour certaines dimensions, des rayons de cintrage diff\u00e9rents.<br\/>Le tableau ci-dessous pr\u00e9sente actuellement uniquement les diff\u00e9rences entre la DIN 2605, l\u2019EN 10253:2008 et l\u2019ASME.<br\/>Pour l\u2019EN 10253-4, l\u2019\u00e9dition 2008 \u00e9tait jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent en vigueur.
